You’ve spent so long putting others first…
Now you’re wondering:
What do I actually want? Who am I now?
If you’ve been the fixer, the caretaker, the one who smooths everything over—this space is for you.
You don’t need to keep shrinking to be loved.
You don’t have to hold everything together to be worthy.
You get to lead. To take up space. To build something that’s yours.
And I’m here to help you do just that.
I’m Elisa. Coach and Former People-Pleaser.
I’m a creative, an entrepreneur, and someone who struggled with self-doubt, burnout, and the belief that I wasn’t enough.
For years, I drifted—chasing approval, following other people’s dreams, and convincing myself I couldn’t create anything meaningful on my own. I ignored the part of me that wanted more, because I didn’t think I had the right to want it.
And then… coaching found me.
It gave me tools, yes—but more than that it helped me hear my own voice, trust my instincts, and start building a life that actually fit.
Now, I offer that same space to others who are ready to stop abandoning themselves and start leading from within.
What I bring to our work together:
Entrepreneur with a diverse background in launching and running successful ventures—including a fashion design company, a food business, and a web design consultancy
Creative eye with experience in interior decorating and design
Real-world experience navigating visibility, reinvention, burnout, and the bold decisions that come with building a life on your own terms
I’m also a mother to two wonderful teenagers, an experience that continually deepens my understanding of patience, presence, and the art of navigating change.
Endurance athlete —marathon runner, triathlete, and lifelong dancer
But more than anything?
I bring a presence, sharp intuition, and the belief that you already have everything you need—it’s just been buried under all the noise.
What’s it like to work with me?
This is not a performance. You don’t have to impress me. You just have to show up as you are.
Our work is a partnership. Sometimes we’ll laugh. Sometimes we’ll cry. Sometimes I’ll challenge you when you’re playing small. But always, I’ll hold the space for your next version to emerge.
You’ve done so much for everyone else.
Now it’s your turn.
Let’s talk about what’s next—for you.
