I’m Elisa, a certified professional coach who helps clients gain clarity, navigate change, and make intentional choices that move their lives forward.

My work isn’t about  giving you answers. It’s about helping you ask better questions, understand what’s getting in your way, and reconnect with what really matters so you can lead your life with greater purpose and self-trust.

Clients come to me when they’re tired of running on autopilot. When they’ve outgrown old patterns, are standing at a crossroads, or are ready for a new kind of growth, the kind that feels real, sustainable, and aligned.

Before coaching, I spent over 20 years as a designer and entrepreneur — building brands, launching small businesses, and leading creative strategy across industries from specialty foods to fashion.

Movement has always been a part of my life,  through athletics, dance, and the simple act of staying connected to my body. I believe real change happens when we bring our full selves (mind, body, and heart) to the process.

What I bring to our work together:

  • Entrepreneur with a diverse background in launching and running successful ventures, including a fashion design company, a food business, and a web design consultancy

  • Real-world experience navigating visibility, reinvention, burnout, and the bold decisions that come with building a life on your own terms

  • I’m also a mother to two wonderful teenagers, an experience that continually deepens my understanding of patience, presence, and the art of navigating change.

  • Creative eye with experience in interior decorating and design

  • Endurance athlete —marathon runner, triathlete, and lifelong dancer
