How It Works:

Together, we take a deep-dive into where you are today vs where you want to be:

  • What is your situation right now?

  • What do you want to change?

  • How does that vision align with your values or sense of purpose?

  • What does success mean to you?

From there, we build an action plan to:

  • Take concrete steps toward goals that matter most to you

  • Break down obstacles that hold you back

  • Cultivate fulfilling relationships that propel you forward

  • Keep you accountable every step of the way

What’s Included:

  • Discover call (1 x 90 minute session)

  • 6 private coaching sessions (2 per month, 50 minutes each)

  • Closing call (1 x 30 minute session)

  • Personalized email or text support between sessions (Mon–Fri)

Commitment:

This is a 3-month coaching engagement, designed to create real movement and clarity. After the first 3 months, you can choose to:

  • Continue month-to-month at the same rate

  • Book occasional single sessions for alignment or decision-making support (available only to past clients)

Investment:

$1,100 total for 3 months

After 3 months:
You can continue with monthly coaching or book single sessions as needed.

6-Month Coaching Engagement

What’s Included:

  • Discovery call (1 x 90 minute session)

  • 12 private coaching sessions (2 per month, 50 minutes each)

  • Closing call (1 x 30 minute session)

  • Personalized email or text support between sessions (Mon–Fri)

This is a 6-month coaching engagement. After the initial 6 months, you can choose to:

$2,100 total for 6 months

After 6 months:
You can continue with monthly coaching or book single sessions as needed.

Q: What is personal development coaching?

Q: How is coaching different from self-help or therapy?

A: Self-help is a solo journey. Therapy often focuses on healing the past. Coaching is about partnering in the present to build the future you want, with structure, accountability, and a lot of self-discovery along the way.

Q: When is coaching not the right fit?

A: Coaching is powerful, but it’s not a substitute for therapy, medical support, or crisis intervention. If you’re in the middle of an acute crisis, such as dealing with trauma, severe mental health challenges, or situations where safety and stability are at risk, coaching is not the right step at this moment.

What you deserve first is the care and resources that can support your immediate well-being. Once you have that foundation, coaching can be a wonderful way to explore what’s next and move forward in a grounded, empowered way.
