Entrepreneurial Coaching
A dynamic partnership that supports entrepreneurs to build a business that’s profitable and personal, reflecting your values, vision, and voice.
A Smarter Way to Build Your Business
Entrepreneurial coaching isn’t about quick fixes or one-size-fits-all formulas. It’s about helping you think more clearly, make better decisions, and lead your business with purpose and intention.
How It Works:
At its core, coaching can enhance the way entrepreneurs think and perform. Research shows coaching has measurable impact on entrepreneurs’ goal‑orientation, solution‑focused thinking, well‑being, and cognitive skills, all of which are closely linked to better decision‑making and business outcomes.
Entrepreneurial environments demand adaptability, self‑direction, and resilience. Coaching supports these by helping you clarify your values, define what success looks like to you, and design steps that feel both ambitious and achievable.
It’s also important to understand how this differs from other forms of support:
Not consulting: Consultants often provide expert answers or templates. Entrepreneurial coaching focuses on your thinking — strengthening your ability to ask the right questions, weigh options, and make decisions aligned with your long‑term vision.
Not mentoring: Mentors often share their own experience and advice. Coaching, instead, helps you access and trust your own insights and judgment, while providing structure and accountability as you test ideas and follow through.
Not therapy: Therapy may explore and heal what’s past. Coaching is future‑focused, helping you move toward goals you choose for yourself.
In practice, coaching gives you space to fact-check assumptions, articulate your priorities, identify clear actions and be accountable for completing them. The goal is that your business doesn’t just grow, but it grows in a way that supports the life you want to lead.
Coaching takes you from good to great.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What is entrepreneurial coaching?
A: It’s a partnership for founders, creatives, and business owners who want to grow a business that is both successful AND aligned with their values, vision, and the life they want to lead.
Q: Who do you work with?
A: I work with entrepreneurs at every stage from launching something new, to scaling a business, to redefining what success means after hitting a plateau. If you’re building something that matters to you, you’re in the right place.
Q: What kinds of things do we focus on in coaching?
A: We’ll explore your values, clarify your definition of success, set priorities, and examine what’s getting in the way. We also dig into big-picture questions like: What kind of life are you building alongside your business?
Q: What if I’m overwhelmed or unclear about what’s next?
A: That’s a great time to start coaching. Together, we’ll create space for clarity so you can lead with confidence instead of hustle or guesswork.
Q: Do you give business advice?
A: No — I don’t tell you how to run your business. Instead, I help you slow down, listen to your own wisdom, and make decisions with intention. Coaching supports you to lead from who you are, not just what others expect.
Q: How is this different from a business consultant or strategist?
A: A consultant offers answers. I help you find your own. Coaching isn’t about strategies alone — it’s about building inner clarity, so your outer actions are sustainable and aligned.
