Establishing your new life shouldn’t be something you just survive. Whether you are moving as an individual or with a family, relocation is BIG. It touches every part of your life, and while it can be incredibly exciting, it can also lead to feelings of being unsettled, isolated or overwhelmed.

Support leading up to, during, or after a move, frequently called Relocation Coaching or Expat Coaching, embraces the inevitable ups and downs, providing clarity about what your goals are - both at work and at home - so you can prioritize the things that will best set you up for success. 

Creating space to focus on the emotional side of relocation keeps you moving forward with purpose and intention, easing the turbulence of navigating everything from career transitions to new schools, new friendships, building community and finding a sense of home.

3-Month Coaching Engagement:

What’s Included:

  • Discover call (1 x 90 minute session)

  • 6 private coaching sessions (2 per month, 50 minutes each)

  • Closing call (1 x 30 minute session)

  • Personalized email or text support between sessions (Mon–Fri)

Commitment:

This is a 3-month coaching engagement, designed to create real movement and clarity. After the first 3 months, you can choose to:

  • Continue month-to-month at the same rate

  • Book occasional single sessions for alignment or decision-making support (available only to past clients)

Investment:

$1,100 total for 3 months

After 3 months:
You can continue with monthly coaching or book single sessions as needed.

6-Month Coaching Engagement

What’s Included:

  • Discovery call (1 x 90 minute session)

  • 12 private coaching sessions (2 per month, 50 minutes each)

  • Closing call (1 x 30 minute session)

  • Personalized email or text support between sessions (Mon–Fri)

Commitment:

This is a 6-month coaching engagement. After the initial 6 months, you can choose to:

  • Continue month-to-month at the same rate

A:  Relocation coaching supports you emotionally and mentally before, during, or after a big move. It’s not about moving checklists, it’s about helping you feel grounded, confident, and purposeful in your transition.

Q: Is relocation coaching just for expats?

A: Not at all. Whether you’re moving across the globe or just to a new city, coaching helps you navigate the personal impact of that change, from identity shifts to building a new community.

Q: When is the best time to start coaching?

A: Anytime — before, during, or even years after your move. Some people come to coaching for clarity before making a decision, while others seek support once the reality of relocation sets in.

Q: When is coaching not the right fit?

A: Coaching is powerful, but it’s not a substitute for therapy, medical support, or crisis intervention. If you’re in the middle of an acute crisis, such as dealing with trauma, severe mental health challenges, or situations where safety and stability are at risk, coaching is not the right step at this moment.

What you deserve first is the care and resources that can support your immediate well-being. Once you have that foundation, coaching can be a wonderful way to explore what’s next and move forward in a grounded, empowered way.
