FAQs

What is personal development coaching?

It’s an action-based partnership that supports you in growing into the person you want to be — not just who you think you should be. It helps you get unstuck, clarify what matters most to you, and move forward with purpose.

1

Who is coaching for?

It’s for anyone who feels ready for change, even if you’re not sure what that change looks like yet. You might feel stuck, disconnected, or like something’s missing. What matters most is that you’re willing and wanting to grow.

2

What kinds of goals or issues can we work on?

We might explore confidence, purpose, life transitions, work/life balance, or relationships. Often, these topics overlap.

3

How is coaching different from self-help or therapy?

Self-help is a solo journey. Therapy often focuses on healing the past. Coaching is about partnering in the present to build the future you want, with structure, accountability, and a lot of self-discovery along the way.

4

When is coaching not the right fit?

Coaching is powerful, but it’s not a substitute for therapy, medical support, or crisis intervention. If you’re in the middle of an acute crisis, such as dealing with trauma, severe mental health challenges, or situations where safety and stability are at risk, coaching is not the right step at this moment.

What you deserve first is the care and resources that can support your immediate well-being. Once you have that foundation, coaching can be a wonderful way to explore what’s next and move forward in a grounded, empowered way.

5

What is entrepreneurial coaching?

It’s a partnership for founders, creatives, and business owners who want to grow a business that is both  successful AND aligned with their values, vision, and the life they want to lead.

6

I work with entrepreneurs at every stage from launching something new, to scaling a business, to redefining what success means after hitting a plateau. If you’re building something that matters to you, you’re in the right place.

7

Who do you work with?

What kinds of things do we focus on in entrepreneurial coaching?

8

We’ll explore your values, clarify your definition of success, set priorities, and examine what’s getting in the way. We also dig into big-picture questions like: What kind of life are you building alongside your business?

That’s a great time to start coaching. Together, we’ll create space for clarity so you can lead with confidence instead of hustle or guesswork.

9

What if I’m overwhelmed or unclear about what’s next?

No — I don’t tell you how to run your business. Instead, I help you slow down, listen to your own wisdom, and make decisions with intention. Coaching supports you to lead from who you are, not just what others expect.

10

Do you give business advice?

A consultant offers answers. I help you find your own. Coaching isn’t about strategies alone — it’s about building inner clarity, so your outer actions are sustainable and aligned.

11

How is this different from a business consultant or strategist?

Relocation coaching supports you emotionally and mentally before, during, or after a big move. It’s not about moving checklists, it’s about helping you feel grounded, confident, and purposeful in your transition.

12

What is relocation coaching?

Not at all. Whether you’re moving across the globe or just to a new city, coaching helps you navigate the personal impact of that change, from identity shifts to building a new community.

13

Is relocation coaching just for expats?

Anytime — before, during, or even years after your move. Some people come to coaching for clarity before making a decision, while others seek support once the reality of relocation sets in.
